1. Subscription Plans

Khwahish offers two subscription plans:

Premium: ₹199/month — 5 matches, all 7 steps, chat, video, meetup, contact sharing.

Private Premium: ₹499/month — Anonymous browsing, 4-step private flow, 30-min video calls, consent-based identity reveal.

2. Free Features

Step 1 (Vibe + Background info exchange) is always FREE for all users. Every user gets 1 free match with all steps unlocked. No payment is required to browse profiles or receive interests.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full refund within 24 hours: If you purchased a subscription and have NOT used any premium features (chat, video, meetup, contact sharing), you are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

No refund after use: Once you have used any premium feature (sent a message, made a video call, viewed contact info), the subscription is considered used and is non-refundable.

Payment failures: If money was deducted but the subscription was not activated, the amount will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days. Contact support if it takes longer.

Duplicate payments: If you were charged twice for the same subscription, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. Processing time: 5-7 business days for bank accounts, 2-3 business days for UPI.

6. Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-expire after 30 days. There is no auto-renewal. To stop using premium features, simply do not renew. A 10-day grace period is provided after expiry to allow you to complete ongoing matches.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Upon deletion:

• All personal data (name, photos, bio, verification data) is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Chat messages are immediately removed
• Active subscription is forfeited — no refund for remaining days
• Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law
• This action is irreversible
